Communications Advisor, Social Media â€“ Clerk Grade 7/8 Public Service Commission Ongoing opportunity Work-life balance Sydney CBD location About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a Communications Advisor to join our Communications Team to implement social media strategies and engaging content for, manage online communities, report on social media metrics, and evaluate and advise on campaign performance. Our ideal candidate will be creative and demonstrate a high standard of writing across a range of channels and be able to proactively contribute new content and campaign ideas. We are looking for an individual who can: Prepare engaging written content for audiences across a range of channels Display creativity in the implementation of strategies and campaigns Successfully coordinate multiple projects at a time Show initiative and strategic thinking Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Work collaboratively and share information to achieve team outcomes Operate in a fast paced, high volume environment Experience in enterprise web content management systems, Facebook Business Manager, scheduling programs, paid advertising activities, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential.
Experience with engaging and briefing photography and video suppliers is desirable. About the Public Service Commission The Public Service Commission (PSC) is headed by an independent Public Service Commissioner and is a separate agency under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (GSE Act) that supports the Commissioner in the exercise of their functions and powers. The PSC leads the design, development and implementation of the full range of sector-wide workforce management strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the NSW government sector.
