Operations Manager, ACFI, Quality team, Financial Director and also HR/admin team. They offer you the tools to excel in this position. The Role As the Support Manager you will be responsible for the support of the faculties.

You will lead & develop the clinical care team and promote excellence across the clinical, financial, occupancy, marketing & ACFI functions. You will be required to develop & implement change management practices to suit both organisational & resident needs. Develop & maintain strong business relationships within the local community, deliver necessary legislative changes, ensure all accreditation standards are met & the residence remains compliant and promote an uncompromising standard of clinical care to their residents as well as implement quality frameworks.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ACFI funding Working knowledge of audits, validations & aged care accreditation Thorough understanding of continuous improvement & quality assurance Successful change manager with an ability to develop strong cultures. This role has a strong element of change and development so a self-motivated leader with experience in change management is required.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in aged care and have an understanding of the changes happening in the industry and have a dynamic approach to assist in leading this organisation to the forefront of this new aged care era.
