Permanent part-time Lifestyle Management role in ACT with a highly reputable facility. NFP Benefits and choose your own shifts We have a Lifestyle Coordinator/ Diversional Therapist management opportunity available for an experienced professional to help coordinate the lifestyle services within this 100 bed NFP facility located in ACT. This is a highly collaborative role with support from the facility management team and current lifestyle team.

You will lead the current lifestyle team to examine resident assessments & care plans and develop lifestyle programs to improve the quality of their days. This involves management at an operational level so an experienced Lifestyle professional is required. The Requirements: Qualifications relating to Lifestyle - Cert IV / Allied Health / Diversional Therapy Experience in a management role Experience in the Aged Care industry in the area of Diversional Therapist Competent documentation and computer skills A passion for Aged Care An approachable & caring demeanour Experience coordinating & evaluating group & individual programs Experience with resident care planning & assessments Excellent Customer Service Current First Aid Certificate Current Manual Driver's License Current Police Check Excellent verbal and written communication skills We require a lifestyle services professional that can make this position their own and bring with them a vibrant attitude, fresh new ideas and the willingness to add joy to the resident's lives.
