Role Summary: You will be a hands on systems administrator who can coordinate projects in a mainly Microsoft and Hyper-V environment, for IT systems, servers, networks Point of Sale, PCs, operating systems, software data bases(SQL, Oracle), hardware, operational software, and peripherals. Essential skills: Systems administration and project work (including coordination) Ability to analyse, report on and make recommendations to the IT Infrastructure Manage the deployment, licensing, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrades Networking - Assists in the planning and implementation Implement network security using best practices Telephony and Video Conferencing - Manages and develops upgrades, leveraging new and current office 365 technologies and using cost effective technology telephone system at the national level.

Help Desk Administration - Maintains all help desk activities at the national level, responding to escalated help desk issues. Asset and life cycle management - maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products, recommend and qualifies the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
