The Position We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager in food operations to join our team at our site based at Campbell Park.

This is a Monday to Friday position and the role of Cafe Manager exists to provide the operational leadership that delivers sustainable results by exceeding consumer and client expectations. A seasoned professional with a background in delivering top end food and beverage services and a passion for going beyond the norms, you will have the experience and flair to influence and lead a small team and make it your own. Our ideal candidate will; Work to ensure budget targets are met; help identify opportunities to deliver best in class service output Monitor and ensure food quality, service standards & initiatives, food & workplace safety, management systems, processes & procedures are implemented, measured and maintained to the highest standards.

Foster an environment of innovation; challenging norms and stimulating your team to deliver evolving food services to enthuse clients and employees Prepare & submit budgets in conjunction with the Operation Manager as well as the commercial team. A great communicator and people leader with excellent computer skills The Person we need will have; Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a busy café, with a passion for hospitality Food Safety Supervisor Qualification (Essential) Knowledge of current trends Strong financial acumen gained from within the relevant sector Excellent communication and personal skills well suited to building business relationships with existing clients at a senior executive level. Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teams Strong financial and analytical skills in interpreting budgets and forecasting to ensure a sustainable & profitable business.

The ability to work collaboratively with senior sector and functional stakeholders. Confident in presenting solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to client representatives.
