We are a small suburban law firm seeking a Junior Accounts Clerk Trainee wishing to complete a Certificate 3 Accounts and Administration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Opening New files Data entry Filing, photocopying, archiving and scanning Proving assistance to other colleagues as required Manage payroll Process journals and other transactions Assist with financial reporting, accounting and general administrative duties as required The successful candidate must have excellent communication, excel and accounting skills, have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and great attention to detail. You will also: Work well under pressure and with a high level of responsibility and urgency have strong problem solving skills be able to work independently and also within a team have outstanding accuracy be organised and have strong planning and time management that enable efficient work flow and accurate record keeping have a high level of enthusiasm and a positive approach.
