About the business At Cairns Premium Cleaning, we have over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Management, Cleaning and Hospitality. We are thorough and enjoy looking after our clients. Working for different private cleaning companies in the past, it quickly became apparent there were many areas these companies could do better in.
It was also clear that a lot of their clients were generally not receiving a quality and reliable home cleaning from most of their regular cleaners. This year we decided to start up our very own local-based cleaning company dedicated to delivering Premium Cleaning Services that clients can afford and trust. We started out small in the beginning with just a handful of clients, ensuring we do our homework and build a great rapport Now, we have developed a growing portfolio of loyal clients both business and residential spanning from Cairns to Palm Cove.

About the role Inspect site cleaning standards and monitor compliance and productivity; Monitor and Review staff performance Assess Train and induct new team members; Regularly liaise with our clients and maintain high Quality Assurance Levels; Complete effective rostering and efficiency; Assist with the development of WHS, OH&S compliance; Tender submissions, briefings and contract management; Material Stock management Hands on Cleaning role to assist the team where required.
Skills and experience Must have 2 years of Cleaning and Supervisory experience; Proven Business development management skills; Must hold a valid Australian drivers licence and vehicle; Must have Diploma of Hospitality (minimum); Possess strong attention to detail within the incident reporting and compliance space; Great interpersonal skills with management and staff. Excellent English Speaking Proven experience with managing a small team. A comprehensive knowledge of cleaning equipment and products.
Relevant experience in facilities management and cleaning. Basic computer skills, preferably with some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. First aid certification (desirable).
