Recruitment 24/7 currently has a great opportunity for the right candidate with one of our clients at Rocklea. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, we are looking for an experienced Administration Officer for a busy fast paced Refrigerated transport company based in Rocklea. Position will be a Maternity Contract for a minimum 10 months, with view to permanent position.

Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday plus every second Saturday morning (4 hours). Starting between 6.30am to 7am.

Key Objective: Supporting the operations administration of the company through its functions, entering jobs and creating manifests, invoicing customers, management Chep/Loscam pallet transfers and providing general administrative support where required. Main duties: Entering jobs into Translogix each day, building load manifests. Create and process pallet transfers and record necessary data for tracking purposes.

Debriefing and reconciling driver paperwork ensuring accurate details and costings are entered into Translogix. Scanning and filing of PODs (Proof of Delivery) Process weekly invoicing run every Tuesday and Friday in a proficient and timely manner. Process subcontractor SPA's (Subcontractor Payment Agreements) after all paperwork for loads are completed.

Set up of Drivers/Customers/Subcontractor details into Translogix Update and manage load plan for each days' loading - Enter email bookings etc Liaise with freight receivers for missing paperwork and PODs to retrieve before invoicing. Running missing POD reports regularly to assist with drivers returning their paperwork. To be successful in this role: Ability to work under a high-pressure environment to achieve the workload faced daily.

Excellent time management skills Fast data entry and typing skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel Knowledge of Translogix an advantage Previous experience in Transport an advantage but not a necessity. Position Offer: Maternity Contract - Minimum 10 months, including 12 weeks of training Clerical Award Wage - Level 4 Working Days: Mon/Tues/Thu/Fri 6.30am to 2.

30pm or 7am to 3pm Working hours, with half hour break. Every second Saturday - 8am to 12pm Immediate start for the right person Flexibility is what is needed in this role as the workload will vary from time to time.
