The role You will be in charge of estimating, pricing and preparing tender submissions for HV substation projects for NSP's, as well as unregulated grid connection projects within the wind and solar sectors. You will have demonstrated experience working with You will work closely with senior managers, project managers and engineers during the tendering and bidding phase of projects. You will become an integral part of a rapidly growing and successful business.

About you You will have strong knowledge of primary and secondary design, and construction of high voltage (132kv and above) infrastructure. Duties Estimate quantities and costs. Negotiate pricing from suppliers and service providers.

Selection of suitable suppliers and subcontractors. Stakeholder Liaison including the Engineering team, Project Management teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors. Skills and Experience Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering.

Experience in electrical estimating for substations 132kv and above. Demonstrated tendering ability. Ability to work on a number of bids simultaneously, sometimes in a short space of time.

Demonstrated ability to network, form strong relationships, and relate to people at all levels and across sectors.
