The Brand Manager will be based in Sweat’s global Head Office in Adelaide and will be led by the Head of Brand. Key responsibilities in this role include; Driving the development and delivery of the brand’s strategic vision and objectives, including the brand execution plan; Setting strategies to grow individual trainer brands inside and outside of SWEAT’s ecosystem; Identifying and evaluating opportunities for continued growth and new audience reach for SWEAT and our trainers; Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver key projects and campaigns to achieve the strategic plan; Developing and maintaining a high degree of brand passion and knowledge by interacting with the brand’s product and members regularly; Obsessing about our members; developing insights from focus groups, data analysis and market trends; and Acting as brand custodian, ensuring brand integrity across all communications and activities. About You. In addition to the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, we are seeking applications from candidates who demonstrate; Significant professional experience in a similar role, preferably with global consumer brands; Experience developing and delivering strategic brand plans; Experience creating, updating and managing brand guidelines; Successful and productive partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders; The ability to think clearly and sharply- to see solutions with clarity; and Strong analytical ability to develop actionable insights.
