As a Senior WHS Consultant, you will join a highly flexible team reporting to the ER/WHS Director and supported by the ER/WHS Coordinator. You will work closely with the Client Workplace & Experience Team and the Business Unit Aligned Talent teams to help educate and guide strategic imperatives on Workplace Health & Safety ensuring the WHS framework is embedded in our daily practices.
In this hands-on role, you will provide coaching on WHS best practise. You will take the lead on managing workers compensation claims working closely with the firms Return to Work Coordinators to deliver successful return to work outcomes. In this role, you will be exposed to all corners of our firm and will have the opportunity to work with our Wellbeing Health and Safety Committees nationally to ensure they continue to play an active consultation role within the firm.
