Sitting in the Brand and Engagement team, Corporate Citizenship is focused on delivering positive community outcomes while ensuring our community investment is aligned with the firm’s strategy. Your new role As an ‘Elevate’ RAP organisation, KPMG is regarded as a leader in Reconciliation.

This role will be responsible for the management, implementation and measurement of the firm’s Reconciliation Action Plan initiatives. In 2020 the firm will be developing its 5 th RAP and this role will be central to the design of the document and articulation of the firm’s commitments over the next 3 years. You bring to the role The successful applicant will have extensive Reconciliation experience, and will have strong relationships with Indigenous organisations and communities.

In particular the applicant will have in-depth knowledge of Australia’s Reconciliation journey, and the role Corporate Australia plays in working with Indigenous communities to create positive change. Strong communications and writing skills along with people management experience will also need to be evident. We strongly encourage Indigenous applicants to apply.
