Solar O&M Supervisor



Currently we have an opportunity for an Electrical (Solar) O&M Supervisor to join Lendlease in our Energy & Technology business, supporting current and upcoming projects as they transition into operations phase. Initially this role will be Brisbane based, however travel to other sites will be required (often regional/remote). Your role will encompass front-end planning and implementation of best-practice O&M processes.

This may include set-up and ongoing management of Asset Management software, selection and contract initiation of subcontractors, fault monitoring, analysis and response, close out of defect and warranty issues, implementation of safety principals and processes. To be successful in this position, you be qualified as an Electrician or Electrical Engineer and able to demonstrate significant experience within a similar role - preferably within the solar industry. You will demonstrate good technical knowledge in High Voltage systems commissioning.

Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to effectively build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and lead a successful team.
