The Opportunity: ï»¿ In this role you as Production Planner , will be responsible for the planning/estimating within the Komatsu Business unit based at the Hemmant facility.
This position will be an integral member of a dynamic team tasked with assuring proper process planning to support on-time delivery, quality outcomes and business improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a date driven production planning work centre process to allow the repair facility to meet the production plan and on time deliveries Open/Closing of Production jobs Controlling paper flow of incoming cores and finalisation and shipping/storing of finished cores Control the CEP requirements such as stock, preparation, dispatch, etc. Maintain and grow relationships with customers both internal and external Assist Production Support Manager regarding estimates/quotes for new work Review planning, design and service order estimates Provide cost and labour trend data Input all cost estimate data relative to assigned service order Ensures the provision and maintenance of a high level of trade service to the customer Ensures all work completed meets relevant legislative or industry standards Continued adherence to Komatsu Health & Safety Policy & Safety Management System Experience and skills required for the role: Electrical or Mechanical trade or engineering background Min.
