As the HR Business Partner for the Support Office, you will be responsible for finding and attracting unique candidates who live and breathe the General Pants Values and culture. This is a highly visible role that acts as the primary HR contact for the Support Office Crew.
Guiding candidates through our hiring and onboarding process and introducing them to the culture of General Pants is only part of what you do. Youâ€™ll establish yourself as an extension of the teamâ€™s you support and consult with functional leaders to create a fashion career thatâ€™s anything but average. This role requires a proactive and committed team player who brings energy, initiative and passion to a fun, stimulating and fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities: Develop sourcing channels to identify and cultivate unique candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels Provide an exceptional candidate experience with a high level of communication Reduce the use of external recruitment agencies for Support Office roles Partner with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate compelling career paths Provide pragmatic people advice and guidance to functional leaders, managers and employees Enhance organisational effectiveness through clear and concise policies, procedures and job descriptions - where relevant implementing industry best practices Managing Industrial Relations and key projects as required The Must Haves: Minimum 4 yearsâ€™ experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partner role HR Experience in a Retail or Hospitality Support Office would be highly regarded Ability to interpret Awards and contracts is a must Experience in handling Employee Relation Issues Demonstrated effective communication and negotiation skills Passion to work within a team environment Adaptable and can prioritise workload You?
