We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified applicant for the position of Workshop Foreman, based at our Port Hedland workshop. This is a full time position commencing asap Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will perform the following duties: Key responsibilities & duties: Assist with quotes, estimates, planning and scheduling for all workshop work. Efficiently managing the day to day running of the workshop; Coordination of production and service work deadlines Hands on supervisory role within the workshop and onsite supervision when required.

Follow procedures for workshop personal to ensure smooth workflow and quality of work within the workshop. Mentor and assist apprentices Monitor & Maintain quality standards Continuous improvements of the Inline Engineering Services workshop facility and process Ensure that a high level of safety and quality is achieved and that best practices are followed. Work experience and skills: Intermediate computer skills, understanding of Ostendo would be advantageous.

Experience leading teams, including the capacity to motivate, mentor and influence others Ability to prioritise workloads and be well organised. Extensive experience and knowledge in fixed plant fitting. Have a high level of machining experience including CNC lathes.

Have knowledge in gearbox overhauls and fault-finding Some fabrication knowledge would also be advantageous. Academic or trade qualifications: Trade Certificate in Fitting & Machining Current driver’s license Forklift License. Section 44 or Supervisor Certificate (preferred but not essential) Work at Heights.
