WILLIAMS is our exciting and refreshingly different entry into the Australian burger scene as part of our Grill'd Group comprising Grill'd Healthy Burgers and Koko Black. With this in mind, we are on the look out for hospitality managers to lead and inspire a brand-new team to effectively deliver our vision. We are looking for a leader whose capabilities around analysing restaurant KPIs & compliance and the customer experience are second to none.

They are change agents who are focused on articulating and empowering their team with a clear understanding of the vision and actions needed operationally in the restaurant to meet ambitious goals. What You’ll Be Doing: Consistently creating unrivalled customer experiences Effectively training and assessing teams to increase capacity and performance Setting clear goals and objectives aligned to success and effectively articulating visions to the team creating accountability and ownership Proactively leading the team during service on the restaurant floor, ensuring all stations are performing effectively, the customer experience is memorable & the team are motivated Ensuring all processes and systems are followed and understood by the team Analysing reports & critically observing the restaurant around waste, stock, compliance, customer experience, team training; and ensuring any shortfalls are highlighted and understood by the whole team and acting to rectify them Effectively managing risk & compliance & driving productivity What You’ll Need: A passion for great food Experience leading, managing, inspiring & training teams in a hospitality, retail or customer service orientated environment Proven ability in articulating & ensuring KPIs are exceeded through engaging, training and empowering your teams effectively A focus on continuous improvement & exceeding customers’ expectations every time to create loyal fans and advocates A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time Compassion for others whether it’s your team, the local community or charities Energy, positivity & resilience with a keen focus on motivating others Target orientated and career driven with the passion and abilities to be successful We think this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to be part of something new and creative and we are sure you will think so too.
