Job Purpose: The purpose of the Product Delivery Team is to deliver complete (Air, Land and Cruise) holiday packages for Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), whilst driving TTV and room nights. The right product, for the right customer, at the right price is imperative for all advertising mediums aligning with FCTG strategic product plans. About the Role: This role will primarily focus on FCTG retail brands’ campaigns, tactical campaigns and requests.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, and delivering complete product requirements through analysing data and booking trends, innovation, efficiency, productivity and accuracy. You will also build strong relationships with our internal and external key stakeholders and have an in-depth knowledge of destinations and products - air, land and cruise. Key R esponsibilities : Provide product for FCTG retail brands.

This process includes working with key stakeholders (internal and external), planning, negotiating, selecting product and packaging, proofing and final reporting Create and deliver brand-aligned holiday packages for FCTG retail brands for them to advertise in a variety of marketing channels Grow Air Tickets, room nights, experience attachment and overall TTV booked through the Infinity Group and 3rd Party suppliers Work closely with internal stakeholders from FCTG Marketing, Infinity Group, Global Procurement Network (GPN) and external preferred suppliers Support GPN and channel to preferred agreements in order to maximise profit overrides for FCTG Generate and analyse campaign reporting surrounding competitor analysis, travel trends, booking lead times, sales results and enquiry data Stay up-to-date with latest specials and travel trends Identify opportunities, and build relationships with relevant travel industry partners including external suppliers Work with internal Destination Owners to drive engagement of campaigns and tactical campaigns in order to achieve business goals across all platforms Selection Criteria: Essential Minimum 2 years’ travel industry experience, either wholesale or retail Excellent time management and attention to detail skills Ability to develop and enhance relationships Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Advanced MS Office/ Excel experience Able to work autonomously as well as in a team Ability to show initiative and think outside the square Ability to problem-solve and be solutions-focused Desirable Experience in Calypso and/or Sabre Sound knowledge of FCTG retail customers Sound knowledge of product and market trends Ability to travel for conferences if required Benefits include: Generous remuneration structure Travel discounts, in-house financial and health services, access to internal 24/7 gym Global career opportunities in a network of brands and businesses Ongoing training and professional development Fun and flexible work environment that embraces diversity Proud Corporate Social Responsibility platform through t.
