360 Account Manager/Recruiter - Local Government

Your New Role: We are looking for a 360 Account Manager/Recruiter, with a solid mix of client facing sales and support skills, candidate sourcing experience, and contractor care skills. This role has ownership of, and accountability for, a key component of Exclaim-IT's dedicated Government support services. Working as part of a wider Queensland Government focused recruitment team, you will enjoy the support and encouragement of a very tight knit and collaborative team that has established a high-performance framework and culture.
As part of this team you will also be supported by a specialist Recruitment Administration specialist, and for guidance, coaching and mentoring have access to one of our organisations most highly awarded and respected Team Leader/Branch Manager's. Duties and Responsibilities: Accountability for, and ownership of, success in this role rests with you While it is a very warm account that forms part of a panel arrangement, your ability to sustain and grow this account will come down to your approach, attitude, and application. You must love dealing with people, have excellent listening and communication skills and be able to generate rapport and trust.
We will be happy to assist in providing training and guidance associated with process and skills to do with ICT recruitment - but your 'coachability and resilience' will be key. A deliberate approach regarding client and candidate engagement, coupled with enthusiasm, commitment and energy regarding the delivery of service excellence will also be essential to secure the best outcomes. Existing experience in Recruitment (or preferably ICT Recruitment) will no doubt be a great help but it isn't essential - We have seen amazing results from people coming into our industry fresh, but with a strong learning orientation and work ethic (ie Retail).

Responsiveness is paramount- this role operatives within a fast-paced, and competitive market hence a strong sense of urgency is a must.
