We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service/Administrator for a 12 month contract in Melbourne's South East. Looking for a new challenge? Highly organised? Work well under pressure? This could be your perfect role About the role: Reporting to the Customer Service manager your duties will include: Providing outstanding customer service to all enquiries via phone or email Administration support to the team - ensuring all documentation is kept up to date Maintaining client order spreadsheet, Generating Delivery Reports Email correspondence with clients and customers Issuing compliance documentation and keys Conflict resolution Working with the team on special projects as required Attending all department meetings About you: Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive, Vibrant and happy - giving the best possible first impression Attention to detail is imperative Experience in Account Management or Customer Service focused roles would be advantageous Strong Microsoft Office Skills Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8:30am - 4pm If you are looking for a new and exciting for, for a highly reputable company please APPLY today.
