As someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service you will be responsible for; Answering calls responsively and direct calls through-out the organisation.
Passing on messages and information accurately and professionally. Meeting and greeting all guests including visitors and deliveries. Managing mail â€“ incoming & outgoing.
Managing stationery & office supplies orders. Meeting organisation including room booking, coordinating attendees & catering. We are looking for reliable, experienced Receptionist with an established career in face to face front of house reception & the ability to successfully manage a switchboard and provide general office support.
