You'll be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve KPI's and ensure safe and robust work processes in accordance with City of Gold Coast policies and best practice. Key deliverables of the position: Provide expert advice, analysis and maintenance of Material Master data within SAP to achieve KPI's and high off the shelf satisfaction rates for inventory Provide broader inventory management, materials management, logistics and supply chain specialist advice to the warehousing function of the City of Gold Coast Process Material Replenishment Planning including the monitoring of purchase order progress, back orders and supplier performance Analyse and maintain high inventory accuracy including discrepancy investigation and sound resolution processes Provide input into procedures and processes to facilitate high inventory accuracy while ensuring policy, legislative and WHS obligations are met Drive inventory and warehousing improvement programs within an SAP environment in line with best practice procurement About You The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills but also be able to communicate and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders to implement practical solutions. Your attention to detail will drive high levels of efficient and accurate materials management to support the operational functions of the warehouse and help develop strategic and practical solutions to the team and our customers.
