Injury Management Technical Officer

This includes analysis and reporting of injury management data against organisational metrics. The role also supports the effective administration of the Health and Injury Management team, including project assistance and development of work instructions in line with continual improvement strategies for the team. Key deliverables of the position: Responsibilities and duties of the role incumbent include, but are not limited to: Provide injury management administrative services including the management of enquiries, raising and receipt of purchase orders for services rendered and appropriation of costs through journaling.
Collate data for reporting, including financial/budgetary reports and tracking against injury management program objectives. Monitor Injury Management data for compliance and quality assurance. Assist in the development of streamlined systems and processes to enhance efficient injury management administration.
Work proactively with other Council teams and external stakeholders, including medical and allied health providers to ensure continuous improvement of the return to work and injury management program. Provide project and administrative support to the Injury Management Project Officer and Coordinator Health and Injury Management as required. About You Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator Certificate or equivalent knowledge Certificate IV Work Health and Safety or equivalent knowledge Experience as a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator or experience in the Health and Safety Sector Advanced administration and computer literacy skills including MYOSH and SAP High attention to detail What We Offer Working for the City of Gold Coast is both challenging and rewarding.
