Senior Digital Campaign Manager



THE ROLE Campaign Management Reporting to the Ad Operations Manager, the Senior Digital Campaign Manager delivers successful campaigns and exceptional service to Network Sales and external customers. Manage and deliver an allocation of successful campaigns through exceptional service, quality of execution and effective optimisations Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to achieve business and customer objectives and ensure optimal results and solutions Proactively identify and address risk in workflow to maximise revenue Coach and develop allocated offshore team, providing first level support, troubleshooting and quality assurance Work closely with Ad Tech team to ensure consistent, timely product delivery and seamless customer experience Accountable for the Key Accounts and Style groups as senior authority and escalation path for campaign issues within the group Maintain and build on a culture of excellence in customer service and quality within the team People Management You will have two campaign managers reporting directly into you, who will be managing campaigns in your group. Coach direct reports in operational and stakeholder excellence and guide them to thrive in a high performance environment Produce development plans and set goals with direct reports to achieve high performance benchmarks Engage direct reports and encourage contribution to the wider group, including but not limited to strategy initiatives and team projects Work alongside other Seniors to foster a positive and inclusive team culture Project Management Requirement and opportunity to be heavily involved in group initiatives outside of BAU to drive the business forward Lead at least one strategy initiative by driving a project team toward a successful outcome for the business or customer Proactively seek to contribute to ongoing team projects through testing, workshops, process mapping, documentation, etc.

Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of people and team management Highly analytical, ability to spot trends and be comfortable working with a variety of data sources Ability to develop strong working relationships in complex organisational structures, both internal and external Is well organised and can handle multiple priorities Experience in project management Willingness to adapt and learn new concepts as they present themselves Ability to work as an individual and as a team Good understanding of the digital landscape What’s in it for You?
