Strong understanding of Change Management Methodologies. 3 year fixed term role based either at Burwood or Waurn Ponds Location HEW 9 $114,298 17% Superannuation Our Infrastructure and Property Group (IPG) within the Enterprise Portfolio is responsible for the planning, design, development, maintenance and renewal of facilities and physical infrastructure. As part of the Design and Development team, you will play a crucial role in leading change management activities through engagement, workshops and work-space design.
In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize your extensive experience and change management methodologies to support and provide oversight, focusing on the delivery of significant work-space transformation projects for Deakin University. Your key responsibilities will include: implement and regularly review the work-space change management methodology, templates and processes to ensure alignment with the work-space Transformation Strategy and Framework develop a work-space change strategy and plan to support the roll-out and embedding of work-space Transformation principles across the University own, manage and implement a toolkit of change processes and templates to provide end-to-end project support effectively collaborate with project teams to analyse and determine the scope of work-space change management, including strategies, change resources, estimates and plans manage the development and implementation of work space change project strategies, plans and activities and, where required in consultation, with teams across IPG develop, manage, facilitate and/or oversee the implementation of workshops to achieve agreed outcomes. identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout a work-space project life-cycle provide coaching and training to enable key stakeholders/change champions to effectively lead change for their teams and support their staff through the changes To be successful, youâ€™ll have: relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, training, business, project management and / or training or work experience strong knowledge of change management methodologies demonstrated knowledge of successfully implementing complex change methodology and evidence-based practices.
