You will be responsible for analysing, developing, delivering and administering ongoing instructional training programs that build the digital capability of users and increase the benefit realised from ICT investment. To thrive in the role you will be proactive with a true passion for providing exceptional service, advice and training solutions to staff across the University. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to; Carrying out the analysis, design, development, delivery and administration of relevant, effective and targeted training programs for students and staff.
Conducting follow-up evaluation of training programs and documentation to determine the effectiveness, accuracy and relevance of the training. Analysing training needs at all levels in relation to business processes and making appropriate recommendations. Establishing and maintaining a training program that aligns with changes and enhancements to business processes and systems Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and other team members to plan, develop and maintain contemporary training materials that are user-friendly, comprehensive and that address the needs and requirements of students and staff.
Sourcing facilities and additional equipment such as videos, reference material, etc. to support training. Designing and implementing a training schedule that aligns with the needs and timelines of critical business processes.
Delivering training to staff in a clear and concise manner on a regular and â€œas needsâ€ basis. To be successful, youâ€™ll have; An equivalent combination of training and experience or a Post-secondary qualification in education, adult learning, training, interactive media or information technology Knowledge of and experience in using a variety of computer applications in the context of developing online training material and interactive learning experiences.
