This business has a long standing history in Australia having consistently maintained their market leading status in their vertical.

Operating a large in-house insights & analytics function, this role presents the opportunity to lead the team into 2019 while continuing the ongoing delivery from their partners. The role of Marketing Insights Manager has become available due to a maternity leave contract presenting an opportunity for an established leader with experience in market research and brand insights to join the team. Description Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Insights Manager will be responsible for the Australian and New Zealand operations.

This role's key purpose is to provide clear, concise insights back to key stakeholders to support strategy and tactical decision making. Key overview includes: Commission and coordinate all market research for ANZ Manage market research budget for ANZ Maintain relationships with external research agencies Manage insights and pricing team according to departmental objectives and priorities Support team to achieve personal bonus targets Consult to the executive team regarding upcoming business requirements (scoping through to delivery) Profile To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for candidate profiles that demonstrate the following: Experience managing senior stakeholders Proven experience in a managerial role Experience working within retail or FMCG / with clients from these industries preferred Knowledge of a wide range of research and analytical methodologies and their application within a retail business Strong project management and organisational skills Ability to prepare and deliver a wide variety of clear and accessible presentations, reports and internal briefing documents Job Offer This position is offering an opportunity that is rarely found in Brisbane working for a global retail company with a sizeable insights function.
