The Role We are providing an opportunity for a highly motivated administrator to join or team and work alongside a busy office manager.

Your job tasks will include but not be limited to: Answer & assist with incoming calls Email quotes to prospective new clients Update schedule and register Work closely with the accounts department Pre-type and send reports Follow up inbound leads & win new business Manage business social media accounts Build relationships with solicitors agents & property related disciplines The Candidate The successful candidate will posses the following attributes but not limited to: Availability to work full time Experience in a busy office - real estate experience preferred Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Research and data analysis capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work within a team environment Please call Bridgette Collis on 9362 8500 for more information or email your CV to bcollisgoughrecruitment.com.au All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
