Technical Assistant/Document Controller- Metro Martin Place
Are you a recent Graduate in Engineering or Building Management? Get involved in an iconic project Macquarie Group will deliver the new Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station development, and a rare opportunity exists for a Technical Assistant/Document Controller to join our Metro Martin Place project team. Here, you will be responsible for managing and driving the documentation control requirements for the project team, including the management, registration and transmission of documentation for the project to support the design, commercial and project management functions. Key responsibilities include: Controlling, issuing and directing of correspondence, drawings and engineering documents (including documentation issued to Macquarie by its subcontractors/consultants) Track documents including maintenance of document control registers Project record keeping, archiving, and scanning Management of all project documentation in TeamBinder and Aconex document management systems Developing and updating document control processes and procedures Overall administration and technical assistance to the project management function Ideally, we would like to hear from recent graduates in Engineering or Building Management with 1-2 years of document control experience.
