A fantastic opportunity to build your brand in the business & develop your career Develop your leadership and coaching skills to develop into a future leader at ANZ Work in a dynamic, empowered environment with room for personal growth About The Role In this role, you would have the opportunity to: Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations Provide leadership of the branch customer services platform Be responsible for meeting customer needs and enhancing customer experience Ensure the service platform is compliant with ANZ’s policies and procedures Provide full leadership and be responsible for all branch activities in the Branch Manager's absence Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues Role Location: Newmarket, East Auckland Role Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity Shift: With one weekend and one late night shift (flexi hours work schedule needed) About You To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Exceptional customer focus Leadership experience Research, analytical, credit and risk assessment skills gained through banking experience Comprehensive understanding of compliance and branch operations Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role Excellent communication skills both written and oral A positive attitude with a growth mindset About ANZ Our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive.
