Fire Safety and Security Coordinator
SA Health | Southern Adelaide Local Health Network | Disaster Resilience Unit | Corporate Services Total Indicative Remuneration: $87,451 - $97,379 p.a. | Permanent, Full time | ASO5 The Fire Safety and Security Coordinator is responsible for contributing to disaster resilience through the effective co-ordination and management of fire safety and emergency response training and exercises at all SALHN sites.
The position is based at Flinders Medical Centre (FMC) with the requirement to work from other SALHN sites. You will develop, implement and conduct relevant fire safety, security, evacuation, and emergency response training for all SALHN sites and staff. You will ensure that the organisation has in place a range of fire safety and security policies and procedures that enables it to meet current legislative and compliance requirements such as relevant Australian codes and accreditation programs, and Australian Standards including AS 4083 and AS 3745.
You will undertake a range of associated administrative duties that contribute to the effective management, development and delivery of fire safety, security and emergency response services, including maintenance and administration of training and exercise records.
