Operations Administrator

Starting with KPMG as an Operations Administrator , you will be joining a fast paced and fast growing team of administration professionals.

This role supports client facing teams to deliver a high quality and timely service to internal and external Clients. Your major responsibilities will include: Client billing support - raising and sending invoices and analysing reports Collection support – sending debtor reminder emails and maintaining debtor logs Reporting – providing work in progress reports to business managers Communication – liaising with clients and other internal stakeholders to provide an efficient and effective operations experience How are you Extraordinary? Accounts receivable and collections experience in a professional environment Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment A collaborative, team-focused mindset, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to your work TAFE or equivalent qualifications in business administration, accounting or bookkeeping would be highly beneficial Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills The KPMG Difference At KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and unique experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients and communities.
