We have a great opportunity for a Client Support Analyst (CSA) to join our Client Management team in our Macquarie Park, Sydney office. Our Client Management team know our clients better than they know themselves. Client Managers deliver solutions to enable clients to get the best out of their energy including Renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), micro grid solutions and integrated buying strategies where our clients actively respond to price signals in the market. Our demand team are designing and delivering energy efficiency solutions via Energy Performance Contracts to improve the profitability of our clients.

Our sustainability team is helping design Science Based Targets and roadmaps to improve corporate sustainability. Specific responsibilities for Client Associate include: • Support the Client Management Team and Client Implementation Team in setup and implementation of data for new clients; • Update and maintain critical customer information within internal systems, as client portfolios change; • Produce & generate internal and external client operational reports to assist Client Managers and operational teams in managing critical customer data; • Establish relationships both internally across our teams and with clients at the site and corporate level as required; • Field customer inquiries; • Participate in structured training programs and initiate self-driven training of the energy industry and Schneider Electric’s service offerings; • Contribute to process enhancement & new process development; • Complete and process System Based Exception Reports.
