Based on site at our Sales Offices at our Jordan Springs project, you will join our high performing Sales & Customer Service team dedicated to land sales across our project.
You will be supporting the Sales Consultants to achieve sales and settlement targets and assist in administrative duties such as data base management, entering customer related data in Salesforce, maintaining contact with sales leads and assisting customers by providing them with relevant information. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role also centres around assisting the Sales Consultant with implementing Sales and Marketing initiatives such as the Customer Journey. This an ideal learning role providing you with an opportunity to gain hands on experience to eventually step into a Sales Consultant role in the Lendlease communities business.
We are looking for a strong performer who is motivated by proactively seeking and following up on industry contacts to generate sales through to successful closure. Excellent presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills will aid in the development of solid and authentic relationships whilst supporting a close-knit team based.
