In our sessions, we bring together large groups of stakeholders to share their expertise, have meaningful conversations and co-design solutions that will truly work. Our facilitators and solution designers’ work closely together with clients to get a deep understanding of the problem, design the work that needs to be done and deliver amazing events as the basis of our work.

Your Opportunity The role and status of Director reflects a level of proven technical expertise and market credibility that is critical to an Advisory business and The Firm. Builds and leads a practice area or has particular specialist expertise for which they are known in the marketplace. Monitors the KPMG-broad services to assigned client portfolio.

Works on business development objectives in order to expand work opportunities. Leads business development efforts and maintains C-level client relationships. Participates in office practice leadership decisions.

Establishes self as a leader within Service Group. Oversees complex client engagements, acting as a key contact with senior client personnel. There is likely to be a stronger focus on managing client interactions than actually managing the detail of the assignment.

Effectively and efficiently manages multidisciplinary teams to deliver cross Advisory and Divisional engagements. May lead a practice management area within service line i.e.

PPC, Financial Management, Knowledge Management, LOB, market segment, product etc. Understands the commercial and contractual aspects of an engagement including managing fee-proposals, overruns and work above budget Develops new techniques and methodologies in own field to positively impact the work of others and the results of the Firm. Drives forward pragmatic and creative solutions which strengthen business performance and differentiates KPMG from our competition Uses experience and technical ability to formulate a view/or alternative solutions to deal with client issues.
