Description Reporting to the board, you will be a key member of the executive team and accountable to drive business performance. With consideration of a potential IPO in the future, the CFO role will include reviewing and improving current processes while providing the Directors with relevant and updated data to provide insight and drive actions for current and new business opportunities. You will lead, inspire and coach a corporate accounting team to provide on time and accurate reporting and value to key stakeholders.
Profile You will be a qualified CFO with a track record of driving operational functions, including business efficiencies and reporting, to add value to business decision making. You will be interested in working in an entrepreneurial business with people who are passionate and excited to collaborate together to drive and diversify business opportunities. Given the nature of the property sector, you will need to be adaptable to thrive in a busy, fluid environment where a day can change quickly.
Finally, you will use your commercial business acumen to challenge the status quo to gain the optimum outcome on projects, while being accountable for core values of trust, respect, openness and authenticity.
