You will be the go-to person as you interact with our customers, and internal and external stakeholders, both face-to-face or via the phone. You will demonstrate your strong administration and computer skills and be able to work effectively both autonomously as well as part of a team.
Your outstanding communication skills will be a key feature as you strive to achieve great results for our business. This position will keep you on your toes; no two days will be the same. About You You will be a high-performing, customer focused reception/administration professional with proven experience in a similar capacity.
You will also have: Demonstrated administrative and organisation capability with an ability to prioritise and multi-task; A real passion for delivering outstanding customer service; High attention to detail and a record of producing high quality work to deadlines; Well-developed inter-personal and communication skills; Knowledge of computer-based systems including Microsoft Office and record management systems; A self-starter attitude and able to exercise initiative.
