Description You would be handling a large range of customer enquiries through various online platforms. This may be via the online store, eBay, social media or even walk in customers at the retail shop. You would be working closely with the warehouse team to ensure all deliveries are dispatched on time, something my client prides themselves in.
There would be a marketing element via the companyâ€™s social media platform as well as their website. Profile The perfect candidate would have a strong customer service background, preferably in an online role that had the Zendesk system. Someone who is hardworking, proactive and enjoys working in a team.
Someone with a bit of a creative flare would also be desirable due to the marketing requirements of the role.
