Community and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor (6 month FTC)
Supporting the Communications and Corporate Affairs team, youâ€™ll work closely with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver a range of stakeholder engagement and community relations activities, interfacing with local communities, government bodies and in-house teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of project milestones. Description Advise Senior Executives on client engagement status, strategies and emerging issues to support strategic decision processes Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to exchange information with client groups, community and stakeholders to inform decisions related to programs and services Plan and lead the implementation of integrated engagement programs and initiatives to improve and enhance the perceptions and experiences of clients and communities Develop strategic and tactical stakeholder engagement plans and project initiatives to align with the companyâ€™s vision, goals and direction Profile Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline 5 yearsâ€™ experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience handling significant change within an organisation Exceptional verbal communication, public presentation and interpersonal skills aiding your ability to develop credibility and trust with stakeholders.
