Partnerships Manager



The purpose of this role is to oversee the relationships of the company with its Employers (clients), create long term relationships, and actively seek opportunities to increase sales opportunities via increased levels of membership take up and retention Client Details Since its inception in 2005, the business has been growing rapidly as is now at a stage where additional specialists are needed to ensure the business can reach its growth potential It offers employers the opportunity to offer their employees affordable fitness memberships with access to a wide range of local gyms, fitness centres and swimming pools Description Set and achieve sales targets for the client via increased membership penetration within agreed timeframes and aligned with the business strategy In collaboration with Business Development Managers, understand, contribute and execute on specific client strategies Maintain open dialogue with client accounts and assist with implementation of membership opportunities, training, marketing and other activities to drive membership growth Monitor membership retention and identify opportunities to improve overall membership retention rates Execute the Onboarding of new employers through survey and sign up periods Communicate with clients on a regular basis towards the progress of monthly/quarterly membership, other marketing initiatives and internal company developments Communicate with internal stakeholders’ clients on the progress of monthly/quarterly membership and other marketing initiatives Provide clients with marketing, promotional or other sales collateral materials as required Initiate and produce marketing briefs in support of increased membership uptake both external and internal briefs Profile A minimum 3-5 years of account management experience working with medium to large enterprises Previous experience and accountability for sales forecasting and sales achievement Self-starter, planning, time management and prioritisation skills We are looking for an excellent communciator and influencer both verbal and written skills (literacy skills) Information gathering and data analysis skills (numerical skills) Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines Self-driven with strong self-organisation skills Job Offer Work life balance and flexibility Work from home arrangement Free gym memberships collaborative, respectfull, supportive and fun organisation To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
