Part Time - 3 Days Per Week Experience with MYOB and ELMO Advantageous City CBD - 3 Months possible extension $85,000 Pro Rata About the role This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a well known organisation to help implement and launch a new payroll system. This role will be ensuring that the accuracy and completeness of data transfer from one system into the other is fully complete, and to make sure the system runs efficiently. This is initially a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.

The Responsibilities Set up and reconciliation of all wage categories, allowance types and leave types Set up of time sheets for casuals, on-call and overtime Set up and reconciliation of payroll tax calculations Set up and reconciliation of all super categories and account information Assist with payroll test run, parallel run and live launch for mid to ensure payroll transactions and payments are accurate and complete Help migrate data from MYOB to ELMO The successful applicant will have 3-5 years experience in a payroll position Previous experience using MYOB and/or ELMO is desired but not essential Experience with a wide range of EBAs and Awards Strong Excel and numeracy skills Knowledge of payroll function and payroll related tax compliance and reporting processes Excellent communication skills Additional Benefits Supportive work environment Close to public transport Generous Package Please note this role is due to commence immediately, only those who are available and able to commit to a minimum of 3 months and part time basis need to apply.
