Only About Children (Oac) is one of Australia's leading early education and preschool providers. We cater for children aged 0-5 years with a focus on integrated and holistic education, child development and health and wellbeing. We have over 35 Early Education and Preschool campuses with many more in development throughout Sydney and Melbourne The role: At OAC we passionately believe that good nutrition plays a vital role in children's physical and mental development.

At our campuses we have onsite kitchens and a seasonal menu designed by nutritionist, Zoe Bingley-Pullin to maintain good health practices for the children. The Oac Nutrition program includes a 4 week rotating seasonal menu that you would follow. The candidate for this role will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will work set hours during the day. If you have experience in cookery and are willing to cater for children between the ages of 0-5 with healthy nutritious meals apply now We are looking for someone who has: • Previous experience working as a cook or Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or qualifications in menu planning, nutrition and food handling; • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate; • Victoria Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain); • Ability to adhere to any dietary requirements or allergies; • A great work ethic and communication skills; • Is engaged, passionate, flexible, dependable and adaptable Benefits and Rewards: • Great hands on experience, enhancing your current skills; • Friendly, and supportive staff; • Positive work environment, making a real difference.
