The company is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team for a 3 month on a full-time capacity.
Description As the successful Office Manager, you will provide support to the all departments in the business. Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Create a positive and welcoming environment for the team Answers telephones, directs calls and takes messages Prepares meeting agendas, attends meetings and records/transcribes minutes Coordinate travel arrangements, arranging for flights, hotels, cars, etc. as requested Completes work schedules, manages calendars and arranges appointments Prepare expense reports, reconciliation of credit card statements, and reporting Ensure that reception and other common areas are kept tidy and presentable Ship, receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Assist several departments on various tasks Profile In order to be considered for this role, our client is seeking someone with the following traits: Minimum of 3 years in a similar Office Manager role Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills Superior communication skills - both written and verbal Outgoing and friendly Job Offer Immediate start North Ryde location 3 month's assignment with the opportunity to go permanent Attractive hourly rate Inclusive and supportive work culture To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
