Description You will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organisation, managing recruiting activities.
Scheduling on-site interviews, phone screens, uploading jobs onto job portals, reference checks, book medicals and psych testing etc. as well as communicating with external agency partners. Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status reports as needed Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Profile Similar experience in high volume recruitment teams Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
