This is to assist the Talent and Engagement team around reviewing and updating current processes Description Reporting into the Head of Talent and Engagement, you will be responsible for: Driving employee experience Reviewing talent lifecyle around existing hires.

Drive change around this with a key focus to simplify and "humanise" the process Reviewing , clarify and revamp their lateral hire strategy Employee Engagement - review the companies Employee listening and sentiment strategy to better understand sentiment around behaviour change Profile The successful candidate for this Sydney CBD based role in this legal firm will have: Significant prior experience in the Talent/ Organisational Development & Change Management space in a large complex and matrix organisation Experience with Org Design is beneficial Exp within professional, legal, financial services (investment banking ideal) desirable Demonstrates critical and insightful thought around Talent Development, trends and processes Job Offer A day rate of $600-$800 per day super 6 month temp role To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
