Client Details Our client is a large FMCG organisation based in the heart of the South-East of Melbourne They're looking to get a Payroll Lead in on a temporary basis with the option for extension in the future Due to their employee going on long-service leave, they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an impact in their organisation. Not only do they offer an opportunity to work for a large multinational organisation, they also offer flexible hours and even part-time work Description Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will include but not be limited to the following: Maintain and update personnel employee records Complete payroll for a high volume of employees Assist with Salary Packaging & Superannuation New starters, terminations, annual, long service and sick leave.
Shift allowances, penalties and holiday pay Knowledge of current EBA and awards Profile The successful candidate will have at least 3 years proven experience in a Payroll Officer role, as well as be available for an immediate start. Having process improvement and streamlining experience is a must, while the candidate must be capable of demonstrating their knowledge in this financial position and have experience using Sage Micropay.
