The Role The purpose of this role is to provide centralised management and support for Equipment compliance tasks in the PBS & Permits space.
The team seeks innovative, proactive and strategic solutions to comply with and exceed regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Providing you have core administrative skills, including a strong administrative skills the industry side of this role can be trained. You will however possess experience in a complex regulatory environment, preferably Heavy Vehicle transport or logistics.
Other duties include: Administer equipment permits including Performance Based Standards (PBS), road access and other related permits Liaise with government and other regulatory agencies as needed Engage with internal stakeholders to understand operations and requirements Provide high level of internal customer support Provide advice and input to PBS & Permits Manager on initiatives and issues Maintain internal knowledge base on permits, routes and vehicles Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures and documentation Skills & Experience Knowledge of heavy vehicle permit schemes preferred Experience in a complex regulatory environment, preferably Heavy Vehicle transport or logistics. Investigation and record-keeping skills Effective statutory interpretation capability Facilitation skills Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Working at Toll At Toll, weâ€™re proud to be a leading integrated logistics provider in the Asia Pacific region.
