The successful candidate is to be responsible for preventative maintenance for customers and a timely response for breakdowns. You will provide quality support and service for customers, using your excellent customer skills, you will build professional relationships with a wide range of customers within the industry. The role Working collaboratively with the wider organisation to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Services include corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment and software & hardware upgrades. Actively participating in the sales process and providing expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of our customer relationships (from pre-sales through to implementation and post-sales support). Taking a lead in managing and supporting technical escalations through to resolution ensuring all stakeholders are continually updated of progress according to the company process.
Providing best-in-class service to our customers with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment. Determining the most effective solution to minimize customer downtime. Maintaining a high level of knowledge through continual training and development and keeping up to date of new technologies relevant to your area of focus and take on new technology.
The role requires an adequate number of training on equipment which is done locally and overseas. To be successful, you will meet the following criteria: An appropriate technical qualification and/or minimum work experience, preferably in electronics/electrical engineering, which could be accompanied by mechanical technology. Background in Medical Devices Ability to work on remote sites across Victoria Attention to detail to deliver quality work.
Working with microscope for repairing the endoscope. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. Strong results and customer service focus.
