Service Desk Support - 3 Month Contract



Our CBD client is looking for a level 1-2 desktop support officer. Great office culture and looking for someone with excellent communication and a passion for IT come in and hit the ground running. Description Your day to day will revolve around delivering an excellent customer service experience to our clients existing customer base, You will be be providing 1st and 2nd level along with logging tickets, troubleshooting, password resets and document review.
