About the role: We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Accountant . The role will be responsible for providing the financial and management reporting for our Government clientâ€™s property portfolio. The role will also involve working closely with the Senior Finance Manager and Contract Manager, and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining lasting working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Preparing, analysing and submitting client specific financial and management reports as part of the month end reporting cycle Ensuring compliance with all taxation regulations and accounting standards Property Budgeting and Forecasting â€“ deliver timely and accurate forecasts and analysis for client property portfolios Provide effective operational and management reporting support to all operational groups across the contract Required skills: Interpersonal skills balanced with the technical financial knowledge that addresses the financial management reporting requirements of large complex property portfolios Have either completed CA or CPA qualifications or workings towards them Solid Accounting experience Strong ability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Government and/or Property Accounting experience is desirable but not essential Must be an Australian citizen due to Baseline clearance requirements We acknowledge the importance of our peopleâ€™s diverse experiences, talents and cultures that they bring to work with them each day.
